I've been playing tight and murin is a tight guy ... I thought the only hand he would re-raise me with is AK or TT or higher pocket pair. so when the flop came like that, I thought he had to call with something like TT, JJ or QQ ... I didnt put him on AA because he didn't push preflop Perhaps I should have slowplayed here, in case he has AK or something? Need help!!

You played it fine. The only thing I am doing different is making a potsized bet on that turn not pushing.

I don't like limping with kings on the button and prefer a smaller bet on the flop, around $3.

thank you ... the only reason i just limped is because there were only two players left and the one guy was tight as hell and I wanted to trap him ...
and yeah I definitely made a mistake by pushing all-in there .. good chance he has AK or smaller overpair so I should have bet out small

If there are very aggressive players at the table I may limp this as well.

$3.30 in pot and BB has about $4.70 left.
Pot size bet doesn't exactly give him a feeling of any fold equity if he pushes or getting a free showdown if he calls.
Just pump it in and hope for a call from a pair seems fine to me. Betting $2 and calling shove/shoving turn is also OKJK. Checking would be pretty terrible imo.

I usually just bet 2/3rds pot on the flop to induce a push from villian. But i think u played it fine as well.
