Default Strategy for Headhunter MTTs?

a new thing recently on Crypto where half the buy-in goes to the main prize pool and half goes towards bounties on each player.

for every player you knock out, you get 75% of their bounty and 25% goes onto your head.

the final table payout is also fairly top heavy with top 3 payouts as 30/20/10

ive played in 2 of these so far and so far they seem to be playing out like the first hour of a rebuy with some crazy pushes, crazier calls and general overall craziness where folks seem to place more value on trying to win a $2 bounty rather than playing semi-decent poker.

i didnt knock anyone out in my first one and went out 30/130 (money was 20) while ive knocked 3 out in first 5 hands in my current one and have made the buy-in back already.

ive played the £10 and $5 ones so the general overall standard isnt Raymeresque....

so basically, is it better to try to double up or bust early on and then put pressure on the smaller stacks later on OR just play a normal game and go busto on the bubble?

There's bounty tourneys on UB as well Boobie, but they just give you the whole thing rather than put 25% on your head.
