The QQ hand was played perfectly! Well personally I'd lead out on the flop but a check raise all in is fine. I was so glad to see a proper sized re raise from you PF! You were just unlucky he sucked out.
As for the A3 hand. Open raising from the button with A3o isn't too terrible. At least you've got position, lol! I personally like to have a much bigger A to be raising even from the button though. Raising to 10xBB is a bit excessive, you say yourself how donkish these players are so if you're expecting a call it's certainly not worth investing 150 chips PF at this blind level with a hand that doesn't flop well.
I think piv was drunk when he posted, of course you're going to see the turn here, it was checked to you on the flop! Betting the flop is fine because more often than not you will get a fold. A problem you still seem to have is bet sizing post flop though. Betting 100 in to a pot of 307 is just asking to get called and your hand is pretty weak! You don't want to see another card! I'd bet about 200 and fold to any raise. Also, slow down if you get called. Calling the turn and river bets is trivially easy.

Sorry I kinda missed the point with my post. I was suggesting if epic had made a pot sized bet on the flop it's likely she wouldn't have seen a turn. If you did get a call and then such a dumb bet, at these levels it means "i didnt have anything on the flop, and i still dont on the turn, so im going to try one of those bluff things". Fire back big and they fold.
What jharding said is true about the bet sizes pf. When I raise pf in a sng it is purely a positional value bet. They rarely isolate at low blind levels since people dont think of a bet of 120 as 8 big blinds, they think of it as "only 120" chips. Put in however many chips you want to see called, and if you dont hit the flop let it go. If you're reraised to 200-300 pf just dump it, you've only invested ideally 3 maybe 4 blinds.
I was impressed by the QQ hand btw.
