Default Are there players that you will never bother bluffing at?

I know the players that I play with that can't take raises, but there are one or two people that just won't take your bluff. Everytime I come in to bluff, he calls or reraises. Should I just not bother to bluff to him? He either catches cards on the turn/river or reraises me to push me out (if he has a big stack). What do you do about players like this?

I put in my notes about them: NEVER TRY TO BLUFF THIS GUY.
