Should I have bet the flop with 77 against 4 people just because it's a paired board? or is calling here and checking to the river the right play

No. Just no. Folding here would be the what you should have done. Not sure about before the flop (you were in early position, so maybe fold), but after the flop, a good assumption would be that he has a T. He didn't this time, but the fact that a person called before you makes it an even worse idea to call.

Yes, you should def not call! Against three players chances are that someone has trips. If you "know" no one has trips you HAVE TO raise. But since that is almost impossible to "know", the correct move is to fold.

I think you should have folded after the raise pre-flop. But if you decided to play then you should have bet to find out if the other players had a set after the flop then folded for a raise. I think that would have been a better move with the same amount of money you had in the pot. If they just call then you might try it again after the turn betting. After that if they are sticking around then you might try a bet again on river to continue showing that you have a better hand, but if one of them had a 10 and they slow played they will raise eventually so you might plan on how much you can spend on the bets.

im betting the flop here def.to see where im at. about 350-400 would be about right, if youre raised then you will "know" if some1 has trips and give it up

A check raise on the flop should work if he doesnt have the 10 or overpair

Raise of fold, you cant call

    Preflop is fine IMO.

On the flop it's either check-raise or fold. I personally check-raise. Fun keramika is along for the ride with a huge range and, despite what others have said, the chances are they don't have a 10. I raise to 550 and fold to any action. Check-folding is fine though.
For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.
