Default How do I play this?

3 players left in $5.50 1-table sit n go (NLHE).
Just played an all-in hand with AA leaving the table dominated.

    I am SB (~12000)
    BB has ~400
    Button has ~1000

    Blinds are 100/200

Button limps, leaving him with 800, I have J6o, what should I do?

(I completed, BB goes all-in, Button calls, I call, button and I checked it down)

I have the feeling I played it incorrectly, any advice?

Either folding or an isolation push looks good here.

I'd personally go cheaply for elimination as j/6 has no showdown value it's very likely you lose to whatever the BB has no need to isolate as the only thing you are then doing really is risking that you double up the button as well. I think you played it fine.

J6 is about average (or slightly below average), so it does have some value provided the limper folds which is possible (read-dependent to some extent- against a strong player, this is an easy fold)

Just put both of them all-in, What do they have 200, and 1000 compared to your 12K.

    Shove this every time.

You have 12x the stack of the button, you can put him in with any 2 cards IMO.
For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

I don't see the button folding though. And while I can ignore the possibility of doubling up the BB as irrelevant, I don't want to double up the button, and I figure he has to have a better hand than I do, otherwise he would have folded.

I can see button folding. He doesnt want to lose and the bb win, I think he'll be playing for 2nd here, (correctly) and will fold.

Harringtons 10 to 1 rule FTW here.
Could god microwave a burrito so hot, that he himself could not eat it?
