    Default Incorrect push?

Final table $4.40 last in chips at this point. Guy who raise initially had been raising some trashy hands - but usually laid down to re-raises. Pissed me off that he actually called me with what he did as I had been playing very tight (17.32 SawFlop% - was card dead from the final 24 onwards ) and I had been on the same table as him for quite a while.

Is there anything I could have done or was I correct to push?

Looks ok to me. Very often you'll be coinflipping here, but with the extra fold equity, it's a play with a positive expectation

Yeah, you played it fine. That guy was an idiot for calling off most of his own chips with 10/J offsuit.

Then again, it's a $4.40 tourney, so I wouldn't be expecting Einsteins at the final table......

5 handed and on the short stack I shove this nearly every time.
His call is atrocious, tough luck!

That's the problem with playing within my limits I guess .

I was really annoyed with this situation for some reason. I mean I have plenty of beats before (usually caused my own ineptness). But when I saw his cards I really could not disguise my utter disgust for some reason? Usually I take it like a little girl and run off crying, but this time I wanted to put my fist through the connection and smack him around chanting "WTF are you DOING!!!???"

Over it now just never had to battle the cards and other players like I had to in this SnG.

I had a moment like that recently in the $100,000 tournament on Stars for the PPA.

Guy limps in with A6 offsuit in EP, I'm in the BB with K7 of clubs and we see the flop heads-up, which is

47T rainbow. I check and he leads for 90 into the 75 pot. I've seen him overbet the pot numerous times when he's got nothing, so I figure my middle pair is good.

I check-raise him to 220, then he min re-raises my check-raise another 130 chips, WTF?

I call and the turn is an offsuit 8, I lead for 250 and he min-raises me to 500 with a double gutshot draw????

Of course he spikes his 9 on the river, arrrrgghhhh!

In hindsight, I should've check-raised the flop to something more like 300. But I just can't believe he's not only calling my check-raise on that flop, but min re-raising me at the same time with "squadoosh" as Norman Chad would say.

Villian is terrable... that raise UTG then calling the push with shit!? You have less than 14 BB after posting this one, so I think the push was right.
