i think if you only call about 20% or less of your hands than you will do good in tournys. I dont know about cash games because i dont play them.

once to hit my folding quota, i folded aces heads up.

it is important that i play an exact percentage every session and i wasn't gonna let some fucking pocket aces get me off my game.

Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R

KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

those who fold less than 50% plz tell us your screen names.

I mean, I'm not sure I even play 50% hands when it is 2-3 handed. Unless the tables is uber tight.
I get more ass than a toilet seat. All shapes/colors/sizes.

playing SNGs or MTTs, i fold pf an average of once every 5 orbits

playing cash games, i fold an average of once every 3 orbits for FR and once every 9 orbits for 6max (gotta loosen up a little for 6max)

too many bluffers out there to be folding any more than that and any 2 cards can win at the end of the day.

    +1, top strategy
For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.
