Cash games has always been my main source of poker incomes. But in the las 10 days, I'm down 1100$ in cash games (I play NL50 thats 22 buy ins in 10 days). On the other hand SNGs and MTTs has keep my boat floating during that period and I have a lot of succes especialy in STTs. I'm up near 1000$ in that same period playing 33$ and 22$ SNGs.
Should I stay away from CG for a while and play more STTs even if I'm 90% sure that my SNGs success and CG misfortunes are mainly due to variance and bad luck?

If you dropped 22 buy ins at NL$50 full ring that is a hell of a swing. I think it's very unlikely that is due purely to variance. I don't mean this to sound harsh, I know you are a winning player but I would bet you are making alot of mistakes and possibly tilting to lose this much.
When This happens to me I usually like to tilt off a few more buy ins playing through it until I eventually dish out a couple of bad beats and start to play my A game again. The better advice would probably be stick to tournies for a while or to take a break from poker for a few days.

I've been in similar situations to this. 22 BI is ALOT, there's gotta be some tilting in there somewhere. I had a big downswing in both CG and tourneys a while ago and decided to cut down on my play, while reading alot of books, reading the forums and posting etc. basically studying poker a bit more. I still played but only the odd tourney every now and then. For me, tourneys let you relax a bit more with the knowledge that you aren't gonna drop multiple buyins (assuming no rebuys) and I found myself playing alot better cos I knew that if I was gonna make money in these tourneys I would have to play some good poker, I couldn't win one big hand and leave.
What I did really worked for me and since I did this I have gone back to cash and have been pretty damn proud of how I've handled the swings and enjoy it so much more. I reckon I am 100% better now than I was 3-4 months ago due to this.
Hope this helps. For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

Honestly Wota I cant figure its only due to variance neither... That said, I cant see I'm doing that wrong! (ok 1-2 buyins due to pure tilt) The most unusual is that I hit an amazingly high number of
monster hands in that period. AA, KK way more than I should have... Sets, Flushes etc etc...
I didn't post them cause it obvious to me that I made the right move, but I got 2 nut flushes beaten by Str8 flushes in that period as well.
Set over set, I cant even count them!
That said, I will follow your advices and Davidab's and I will quit the game for a while and read back some good old poker stuff... ahhhh ok! Maybe I'll play a few MTTs on the road!
