Villain has 70% VPIP and has called cbets a couple times with marginal hands such as 2nd pair, this is first aggresive move I have seen him make post flop in over 40 hands. Correct fold?

    Dam minimum raise eh!!!

Honestly I think its a good fold!

But I also think I will make a huge pot or go broke a certain % of the time here. ...

Nawww.. Only an aggressive player can be beaten by AA here thinking you are on AK.

As you describe vialin, he probably have you beat here.

good fold.. im my experiences, with a min raise like that I would say that he either has TP, or a monster.. with a larger % chance that he has a monster.

I give the check/minraise a lot of credit against bad players.. Like the other guy, he isn't a bettor, he's a caller. The only hand that we beat that he's capable of moving with is AJ/KJ? This is usually an idiot trying to be good with a monster, though.

Yeah, preflop min raise = "I've got nothing but I'll press raise anyway and they'll be scared plus it's cheaper for me when they call and beat my lousy Q9o",

postflop min raise = "Oooh I have a monster, I'll bet the minimum and they'll think I have nothing even though I do it every time with the nuts....that'll work for sure"

    Nice fold.

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

I think curiosity would get the better of me here.I'm calling. You're UTG.. it usually takes a PP to call this preflop - hes a caller by nature. If he's tripped you don't want to pay him off but he'll get frisky because of the str8 threat.. He'd play KK or QQ like this and certainly if he suspects you have AK/AQ he would. He must also be aware of KQ (if he has you down as loose- that hopefully should quieten him down) If a Q falls then things get interesting... I'm certainly dropping it on a K or 8 falling or much further aggression.

I dont want the pot any bigger... but I'm not convinced your behind -but its marginal

Its one of those nightmare hands......

Think TA hit the nail on the head.

Even if I am ahead he can have JQ/JK type hands where he's almost even money to outdraw me and there's so few turns I would like to see. I'm never going to know where I am.
