There are a variety of hands babyman could have. First off, we can almost definitly eliminate a bluff from possible holdings. So he may have 2 pair (k9,k10, and maybe even k2) or a turned straight (jq). Also some other possibilities are a flopped set. He may even have a hand like kq or ak. Almost all low limit players will call one bet on the flop with two overcards, so this could easily be what he had.

As for jesseatcal, she probably has either a pair of nines or tens, maybe it was a bluff, and she was trying to get tricky and make a play at the pot.

No, they had been pretty straight forward most of the night.

Collusion doesnt make much sense either. Sir was acting after Jessica after the reraise on the turn. if baby and jess were colluding (sir and baby dont make sense witht eh betting), then jess would be forced to call to trap Sir between them. Then she check/folds the river.

I think they're just plain stupid.
