QQ vs 7 limpers

Limit or NL?
NL I'd raise big. Hope all but 1 or 2 fold and get a low flop.
If a reraise came back or lots of callers I'd panic and run in circles and play it almost for set value or a very ragged flop.
A call is asking for trouble.
Other option is all in if you have a tight image and hope for a double up plus all the limps from AK or more likely a lower pair.

Did wonder where you would be playing to get that situation repeatedly in NL

Fold. Cause both Callign and raising both seem like losing situations.
I dunno, limp and play for set or unders
If an ace or K hits, gotta bail, but you'll have position to let you know where you stand. IF the board comes down coordinated, then if you're not behind now, you will be after everybody chases.
You are NOT against any preimum hands (probably), so you can be 98% sure QQ is the best hand out there right now.
You need to flop to be absolute rags to play this safely, obviously Qxx is prefered.Last edited by Marm; 02-17-2005 at 12:58 PM.

it has happened twice I think
always when I am on the button.
I think you have to raise, but be prepared to fold to overcards or heavy flop betting.

Raise it.
There's a lot of face cards in play most likely so you can safely lay down to an overcard on the flop with the field so crowded. Play aggressive against a flop of three unders and be prepared to play cautiously if the board becomes a possible straight or flush at the turn or river...your profit margin comes from the number of limpers here so you don't need to be aggressive in the face of danger on the turn or river to maximize anything.

Depends on a lot of things
How to play depends on a lot of different scenarios. Check out this site
http://www.foldorraise.com/group.php?groupid=49
For some different scenarios on how to play QQ. This is a tough one to get away from especially if a K or A hit the board. The site will show you what hands you're favored and an a dog against with QQ as well as show you how other people would play the hand in the same situation.
I don't agree with all of their opinions, but I find it's a good way to check my math and make sure I'm on point.
