What is the ultimate strategy to take top 4 in a 250 entrants MTT?

Play the same as any other MTT.
You are usually aiming to hit top 3 as that's where the real money is so there should be little difference in your strategy until the final table at which point you obviously should play slightly more aggressive than usual as moving up from 7th to 5th is not going to make any difference so you need to accumulate chips somehow.
