Tips for final 3 in shootouts

Im pretty new to online poker so i play satellites alot of the time, Lately though i have been makeing it to the final table of shoootouts and having real trouble when it gets down to 3 players, Its so frusrating to play for 3 hours and then to lose out to the sunday million ticket by 1 place. Anyone got any tips?
