Last year i played several MTT's. Thepokerdb.com shows me that i have no problem hitting the money, but from there its all down hill. Once in the money i find myself card dead, for most of the games, and either blind away or get caught bluffing my chips off. How can i progress for hitting the money to making the final table?

Cant hit Final Table in MTT

Read the Harrington on Hold'em series, the second one sounds like the one you'll find the most interesting. You'll see a huge improvement in your tourney game after reading those.
For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

learn to chip up. most people play really tight in those stages and you should be taking advantage of that if u have any chance making the final table

There's a lot of different things you can try and it'll work out.
What I like to do to get to the final table of MTT's is play small pots. I don't like risking a lot of my money, on marginal hands. If I have a monster hand, and I know I have the nuts (or close to) I'll push, but with marginal hands I don't like getting into big confrontations.

when you get close to the money get aggresive. sure, from time to time you'll go out on the bubble but in the long run it will stand you in good stead as far as stack size is concerned

loosen up a bit
it sounds to me like u play tight the whole tournament.WRONG play tight until u get to the money or until u r within 8 big blinds. as far as when u make the money loosen up and be willing to gamble a little more u cant wait for cards, try and pick up pots by raising with marginal hands and play draws strongly, U HAVE TO GET LUCKY TO WIN THEM.u cant count on cards the whole time, skill and luck will be involved.
