Omaha turbo tournaments with high blinds, few players

Ok boys help me out...what kinda hands am I looking for.

This is just for the lowest stakes to have fun, the most basic advice is enough.

Omaha High: AKxx KKxx good enough for raising/defending I suppose?
Omaha H/L: Any ace-low good for raising/defending?
