River:. villain checks to me, i dont really notice the royal flush possibility before i bet $10 again. villain raises all in (was about $40 more for me.) i call.
ignoring the fact it is only $39 and obviously i make a crying call anyway, what would you have done. I will tell you what he had after i get a few responses.

What's the question? I'd pay the $39 ($54 in pot now I think) just for the story of how I flopped quad aces, and got busted with a runner-runner straight/royal flush.
Making a great lay down is a good story as well, if you're guaranteed he will show after. If you fold and he mucks, you're either a mutant or will be tilted for hours/ days.

Fuck it, I call. The day I lay down quads and I'm not beat is the day that I hang myself with licorice. Since you're not telling us what he had I assume that you won and he didn't have the royal. Therefore, I'm god, I can snap my fingers and require the rain. fasdfjsdafas!BolbllDyan.!hahaaa
Could god microwave a burrito so hot, that he himself could not eat it?

I do not think I would be able to lay that down..................ever.
Now in a Bad Beat Jackpot situation would this constitute as one??? Or would the other guy need to be holding two of the cards for it to be valid??My FTP 1000 $1 SnG Quest:
Played - 45, Won - 8, ITM - 17
Total won: $20.80
Win %: 9.00%
ITM%: 37.78%

The bad beat jackpot only occurs when both players are using both of the cards from their hands. I think at this casino it is if Aces full of Tens gets beat.
As for the hand, the fucker had the royal flush, he had
J. I didnt fold, luckily only lost $60ish on a horrendous bad beat. Of course if I bet the flop he folds and win a smallish but reasonable pot.

If this was an online hand, people would be like "Fuckin PS bullshit, this never happens in real life. Its all rigged!!"
Don't feel bad about not rasing on the flop... who would be scared to show down with 4 aces?
