I played about a 300 person event recently. Got to be one of the chip leaders early, start with 1500 and had around 10k when people were around 2k or near elimination.
I get moved to this one table and its odd. No body wins more then 2 hands in a row, no body takes the lead, no body gets pushed off bets, no bluffing, no aggresiveness, nada... I switched up my play here and there and it wasnt working the table was almost dead weight. I play with the same 6 people for well into 90 minutes with the other 3 seats coming and going and not making a diffrence.
Finally some time later, i get out of the table, i've only got about 16k now in the top 40 with a good deal of people above me. Top 20 pay out and i've got to play for some chips now that i got slowed down
So I was wondering if anyone who had this happen before had some suggestions or strats for this kind of table, and postion.
