    Default math hand

I'm not very strong with the math, so i was wondering if anyone could calculate some stuff for me in this hand between me and a friend of mine in a cash game.

I have in small blinds. Middle position makes it $1.25 to go (blinds at .25/.5 nl hold em) one person calls, and i decide to take a flop as well. Flop comes down . I check, original raiser bets $2.5, one person calls, i raise all in for $9 more and original raiser folds. Pot size now $17.75. The guy that just called the bet thinks about it for awhile, and finally calls with his . I end up winning the hand with a full house on the river.

I was wondering if he made the right call here. Could somebody do the calculations (pot odds, pot equity, ev) whatever it is you guys do. Also, I was thinking that even if this is a long term profit good call i don't think he should have made it because of his bankroll. He only has about $20-$30, so I don't think his br could handle the swings involved in making this call.

Maybe not, any help would be great.

flush draw and two overs- yeah his call was good, he was getting close to 2:1 on his money, just so happens you had a set with reduced him from 15+ outs to 8. And it is effectively less, because he could hit his flush and still lose if the board pairs.

Calculated the odds on cardplayer, and he was only 26% to make his hand. I guess he couldn't know i had a set, but because i did, is it still the correct call?

    Here's my in-game maths

9 outs 38%ish to the river

    $9 is 33% of $27

Assuming there was no more betting (who had who covered?) according to my dodgy maths yes he had odds to call though marginal.

He may also have thought tha he had out overcard outs (depending on his view of yourself).

Not proper maths but how I work these things.

Well no, but you can't look at it that specifically. IF you had a hand like KJ or even AJ or QQ he was getting plenty of odds.

A flush draw and two overs like that is usually enough to get all-in with, even without 2-1 odds, always better if you are doing the pushing though. Notice he had a back-door straight draw too, but that only adds about 1 out.
