Methods of making an OESFD:
3 methods: xx78 x78x 78xx
There are two methods of making a "Double Bellybuster Straight Flush Draw"
and 
There are 6 combinations of each method (ex. 59J, 5J9, 95J, 9J5, J59, J95)

There are 3 methods for flopping OESD + STR8:
+ non-suit 4 or 9
+ non-suit 5 or T
+ non-suit 6 or J

1. XX78 / XX78 X <-- this is a non-OESD completing flush card
2. X78X / X78X X
