Default K Q T suited

Sorry I forgot the blinds

Ok, here is the lowdown as far as I can remember it (damn AP histories).

I hate the way I played this.

5 left on played is all-in for 30 chips in the BB, 3 of us have 2200-1700 in chips, one leader with about 5k or so. Blinds 50/100

I had in the SB. One player and the CL limp in. Mistake #1 I raise it about 3x the BB. I should have raised more as that CL has been a calling station and I am going to have to act first on the flop. UTG limper folds, CL calls.

Flop comes down

How do you guys play this? You have about 1900 in chips left.

you don't say what the blinds are so its hard to guess the pot size in relation to the players stacks/how much you have put in pot etc.

in general i would play this hand with caution thinking the player who limped/called had either a pair or 2 high cards. depending on the size of the pot i would either make a feeler bet (this may not be of use against the calling station) and decide from there or check behind if he shows no agression and just draw to the flush/2pair

Yeah... uh... not so much.

You have twelve outs to the stone-cold nuts, including one that is worth a FORTUNE if your poker room has a jackpot. Plus, with a pair of tens you probably have two more outs to trips with top kicker, and who knows, the other three aces in the deck might win this for you too.

You are at least even money to double up if you get all your chips in right now. Go for it.

Bet half the pot and call I raise. Push on the turn if anything good happens for you.

I would play this very agressivly. Even if your oponent has top two pair, you are actually ahead to win the hand if you get all your money in on the flop. Id probably make a medium sized bet, if he plays back, id get all in. You have a monster draw plus 2 more outs assuming he doesnt have a set.

The medium sized bet would be to build up the pot, but if he plays back at you, its not a bad idea to get all in. Even if he calls you are still a favorite against most hands.

Great answers guy. Interestingly, Jen Harmon wrote a hand of the week for hellmuth with an almost identical hand, Chip Reese told her to move in, that is what I shoud have done - or a half size pot bet, but probably just move in.

I didn't I wussed out and got bluffed off the pot by the CL with A5s.

UGH, I hated myself.

My thinking was just like Bobby but I should have been more aggressive, this was a good spot to gamble.

um.... my suggestion is that there's only one play here, you have to go allin right here. We have already established that ur calling everything you got if he raises your bet, so why not bet it all and give him a long hard think. he will toss 1 pair, 2 pair, and flush draw

Why do you say that? I agree I should have pushed, but he would not have folded 2-pair, he as a calling station and he had alot of chips.

yea, after reading the other replies i think my first instincts were a bit too conservative. it is not the kind of flop i hould be hoping for after raising with ATs but you have a strong draw, also i didnt count the outs properly (the J's for a straight LOL).

i would be thinking that i was behind at that moment tho!

the pot is around 800? with a stack of 1900, how about a 1/2 pot bet altough a bigger bet may make him fold fearing a made flush.

is AP Absolute Poker, i've been playing a few SnG's on there with the free $10 that i heard about on here (from Beavis i think) i always seem to make some bad decisions that i hate later (more than i seem to on VC) but i don't know why??

That is what I am doing on there right now, I used to play 5-30s dollare SnGs on Party and UB, but I just havent been in the mood.

I find that it is pointless to get into to many clashes early in these games, people will call 3-4x raises with Q9s and crap. I just have no idea where I am on the flop. It is pretty much top ten hands only for me, and bet them strongly.

I just can't win though, I have 1 3rd, 1 1st, and a bunch of 2nds.
