It helps if you have some other outlet. Instead of typing omg ur a moron in the chat box, I say "My God, this guy's a moron!" to my husband (who doesn't really care, but whatever). If there's nobody in the room with you (or if they really don't want to hear it) then you could just have Notepad open for typing it all down.

I kinda like the reverse psych method of saying "nice one" or "good hand" - although I am about to explode on the inside...kinda like when someones cuts me off in traffic, I give them the thumbs up instead of the finger
