give an example of a problem you have, someone will do it for you and explain how they arrived at the answer.

Well it will be easier if you give an example. I can work it out for you, and explain how to apply that to other problems. It's really just simple math.

There's a link on the home page of probabilities. Read Sklansky's beginner's Hold 'em book for more. You'll gain a lot.

Aside from learning the odds on your own, which you're really going to need to do, it's helpful to use software as well. I usually recommend Poker Pal in these cases - in fact, it's nice to have even if you are up on the odds pretty well, since this will give you pretty exacting stuff, and adjust automatically for certain numbers of opponents. If you want to try this out for free, click on this link:

The trial is limited as far as functionality (won't give you turn or river odds), but it will give you an idea as to how this is going to work for you. Worth checking out perhaps though.

I did already, I think Steve-O gave me the link already. Yea, I find that the number of players definately puts a huge variable on the card curve playing with 4 or 8?

LoL. I've downloaded it, and am contemplating grabbing the full version. Thanks a lot guys, I appreciate the help once again...
