Yea I would only slowplay here if I was playing in a loose game or an agressive game, in which i will most likely get paid off by playing it slow.

its hard to explain unless you play there. i mean the best hand at that site seems to always lose. its weird, someone will get like AA and someone will get QQ or JJ go all in and win. then other times you could get JJ or QQ and just call because your afraid someone might have KK or AA and you dont bet right to win a nice size pot because your scared of those possible other pocket pairs. hope you understand were im coming from. I don't know, i think what your talking about is just called playing scared. The cards are random, keep playing your game and your going to win more often there with kk then catching a tough beat against qq.

Maybe people get beaten because the don't play their hand properly and price in draws?

Yeah, KK will lose to QQ one if 5 times or so, but if you let in JT A6, 78s, you are probably only getting more money in after the flop if you are beaten or they have a good draw on you.

And if the site is loose, bet a little more than normal and make sure you take away implied odds. If you price in your opponents and pay them off, they are not making mistakes.

Totally agree.
Slow playing KK - ugh.

Totally wrong mind-set to think about the times they went down - it makes no sense at all.

In an unraised pot, just go 3 or 4 X the BB preflop - make it a new year's resolution.

The only time I would risk 'slow-playing' KK is when I'm short on chips and desparate to double through - so I let people compete and hope they pick a lesser piece of the flop.

Couple of points here. While this is going to depend on the player, with a bet like that in most cases he's got more than top pair on the board. And if you're calling a huge bet like this, and lose in most cases, it's not a good idea

On the other hand, the guy might be a dolt, and they aren't exactly rare on the internet This is going to come down to whether you think this player would go that big with a hand you could beat or not.

As far as the bet of 50 and slowplaying, I agree that this is too small at this point. I'd be looking to go with what I felt opponents would call with a pair of queens. You want to get paid more than just 50 for them to see another card.
