Default 33 limit.......taking a hand away from PF raiser

I recognize the limp pf is a bit loose, but table was fairly loose and i figured i could get 4 or 5 to flop by limping behind MP1.

After that is this good poker or sheer mania?

The limp is good, you aren't open limping but if the table is loose and not alot of PFR then you can even open limp from early-early mid position with type of hand.

I think the crucial part of this hand is your read on the BB, if he is loosey goosey then the hand becomes a little trickier. If he is tight, then you have to wonder what he raises from the blinds with, does he raise with medium str hands? Suited broadways, big aces?

As play, you played the hand very well, you had the opportunity with MP1 folding to isolate the BB who may just be C-betting. The flop is very very dry so unless he has a PP you have him. The turn is automatic after the flop raise. If he folds great, if he calls then you will most likely get a free-showdown, or you might even get another value bet if you think he'll call you down with UI AK.

    Nice hand

What's important is that you properly analyzed the texture of the flop and saw that you were in a raise or fold situation. After checking the turn, you fired the VERY important second bullet.

    Definately raise or fold.

I was actually interested in the 2 remaining payers. I figured BB was on a C-Bet. Even if he has an overpair my raise has to scare him. If either of the other 2 players call me here I am shutting it down because only a 7 can call me here. Once they folded I knew the hand was mine.

I was thinking I could figure it out for 1BB and take conrol of the hand. I was smiling after this one. It felt good......

Yes... I do this often enough... small pair on a ragged paired board. This one is my playbook.

Advantage here is that if they call the turn, and a scare card, or else you start thinking they're value calling their nuts, you can just simply check behind for the value check.
Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.
