NL $200 on Bodog.
Game started off 3-4 handed but has now built up to 9 handed. During short handed period villains raises were always solid cards and I didnt once see him getting out of line, he even checked AK down when his raise was called and it missed every street.
Hero has $180
other 2 players similar stack sizes.
Hero is UTG with![]()
Raises to $10 (5bb)
Button calls
SB (Villain) calls
Flop:

(Pot $32)
Villain bets $10...
And, how, if at all, would your play differ dependent upon opponent?
Edit: Sorry Eldave i entered the wrong hole cards

Just call, you have tons of outs, and there is no point in investing more then you have to at this point, as you are most likely up against a set of jacks or tens given the players history.
EDIT: Misread, thought it was AK suited. foldLast edited by eldave04; 06-22-2006 at 12:06 PM.

Hey
I would play this through and see how strong his play gets, bet to him and force him to make the decision, is his hand good enough?
Points to consider
Whats your table image in his eyes?
How does he play, does he get aggressive with pairs, or does his play warrant trips or more?
How does he react to your bet, does he try to show strength?
But mainly for a hand like this does the pot odds match the card odds for a good play

Have only played 50ish hands and multitabling so not gread read. He's been quite aggresive but as I said when hes been called he has had hands.
I haven't seem him make a bet this gay yet.
I think I have 2 options:
- Either raise up potsize representing AA/KK and fold to any reraise
- Fold

What I did. Just hurts to raise preflop and fold to such a gay bet.
I feel I should be more of a man and raise

hmm, i probably flat call and see what happens on the turn.
you have good implied odds here for the straight, if hes betting a set here, you may stack him on turn if u hit ur straight.
if hes betting something weaker like a J or T, or a weaker PP. You could probably take this pot from him if u pair.
