Generally this is a raise. But if I let my opponents know I can check hands in the BB occasionally it can't hurt

Naw, I also get some value from a guy who thinks his AJ-T-9 is good here because of the limping. The only time a hand is "always a raise" is the nuts on the end. Anything else can be mixed up.

While the odds are there, and the bets are cheap, I would have been a little hesistant to overcall due to the other caller.
Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.

I don't really like the calls. I think you just got lucky that neither play had any piece of it this time.

yeah, it really does seem like weak play that got lucky.
