Luck is a big part of the game!

I thought your stacks were too close together to try this all or nothing semi-bluff! Had he called and won (say with A-Jo) you were hooped! I probably would have folded pf.

You are right about the fold PF...

But it was definately the exact stack size you are looking at to make a semi bluff... long and short atack will be more willing to call him with a marginal holding,,,

Did you have some kind of read on villian?

    If not, please fold PF!!!

That being said, I'm all in on the flop to his bet . . . . MP in a bb vs sb battle is usually a strong hand, and you've got a lot of folding equity if he's got a PP 99 or below that isn't a set. Also, unpaired A's likely can't continue . . . and neither can KQ, KT . . . .
Jason75: Ok, you check and the button bets 400. Now what?
    Beavis68: You play poker.
Jason75: Darn, I was really hoping for canasta. Maybe Gin.

Good blind defence Rog! Keep up the good work!
Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R

KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.
