I would've folded. You;re not value betting. You're trying to take the pot. You were just told that you can't take it. That's like me walking into a restroom without a sign on the door, seeing a woman walk into a stall and no urinals, use the restroom anyway, and wonder why I'm getting kicked out of the establishment when I leave the bathroom.

I definitely get it alex. I realize now that with someone re-raising me, and then a call to a re-raise...I'm fucking beat.
This is still my main problem playing. My discipline. I don't take time and assess the situation and I just see that my pair is over and push.
I could be a much better player if I just T-H-I-N-K. Do you have any tips for playing more disciplined?BOSS

Play lots of hands in cheap tourneys. Untill you have 50K hands seen under your belt, the most recent things you've seen are probably what you are going to play to and remember. After tons of experience you just learn what is going to get you in trouble. Read the books you need to read and keep playing cheap.

Stupid trick, before making any move, calculate the pot odds (yours and your opponent). it takes a few seconds and it force you to go throught a inteleclectual task... often you will realize doing that that your move may not be as good as you think. you will then instinctively think to what happen in previous streets etcetcetc...
