Lay it down. A8o is not that good, and you're not THAT shortstacked yet. After all, you're in third place, you should let the other players knock each other out first.

He made the bad play by not moving in. He ready to do it. I think that that's pretty obvious. Only reason to come over the top here or move in would be to win the pot before the flop. He's not folding and you have no ammunition behind those cards. You do have enough chips to get back on track with one big hand, though.
