Default Top pair and a Flush draw

2nd hand of a $22 SnG, first hand was folded round.

If I'm on the cut off I fold preflop, if no-one bets preflop I fold, if it's min raised I fold. I play super tight early in these but highish suited connectors with limpers on the button I will occassionally play (my previous tourney I played one of the first 39 hands, not that anyone at the tables knows that).

Anyway, what do you do on the flop?

I'd prolly pot it or more (400-500), definatly a favorite over most hands here, but if the turn comes or some other blank/overcard your not gonna be happy...

you are still a dog to a better kicker.

You could call and raise to 2 or 300 here.

I may just call though against two player, dont want to get blown off the pot.

Normaly I like to end the action pretty quicly on this type of hands taking minimum risk...

I would pot it. If you are called, it means you need to improve to win the hand, but you have probably loads of outs. You can also force AT to fold to that kind of bet.

If they both fold, you take a decent pot, and if they reraise, lets see what kind of odds they give you.... you still have chips to play if you decide to fold.

I think with a raise here, you will win bigger pots of course, and the time you'll losse, you will loose approx the same amount you would have by just calling the flop. Considering there is good chances you will also have a bet to call on turn if you just call flop.

If its a 1000 chips STT like Noble's SNGs, it another ball game... you cant pot it.... it will leave you with only 500 chips... but here you have the room to make that move IMO.

Definitely. You don't wanna give your opponent a second chance to make the right move if he has 22 or 33. You're about a coin flip against AT, but it's too early. I'm calling here. Way too early.
