Everybody at these low limits think they're Trapper John or something! Tricky Dickie?
MP1 puts in a min pf raise - is this a usual pf raise for this table? Min pf raises I expect from fish 'kinda' slowplaying large pocket pairs or slipping in a blocking bet to mid pp or suited connectors! I can't decide if it's closer to stupid/fishy or idiot/donkey!

With JJ and OOP this pfr should have prompted you to feel out the min raise - gather info and try to take the pot down without a flop! Re-raise it up to $1.50 or $2! Coldcalling a minimum pfr for an 8:1 draw to a set is too 'limp', imo.

Flop - you have an overpair!! I can see a ck-r but ck-call? What the hell does that do for ya? Or were you playing Trapper John with the pf raiser? Well, 'kinda' raiser! Leading out or ck-r are the only 2 plays here! If re-raised, then you have info and can decide to slowdown, muck or fire another shot - although the 2nd shot at isn't going to be as powerful without the pf re-raise!

Turn - This was your move on the flop and if done there it would have been for less than $2.15 (assuming your cold-call on the preflop). He's not afraid of your bet so it's call-down time - pretty tuf laying down an overpair and if he's not going to make too costly I guess I'm going to showdown!

I don't think JJ is a weak hand (moderate) but it can be played that way and with that board I think it was! QQ was unlikely to fold pf or on the flop but with that 2nd Ten on the river, you might have pull that hand out of the fire had you been more aggressive pf and on the flop.

Unless the guy is very-very tight then this is a large re-raise early on. I'd be tempted to go to $2. My guess is he's rocky. The re-raise gives you 10 outs (if an A or K lands on the flop he will put down) against QQ giving you a 60 % chance of winning if you make a CB. If you trip you can get him pot committed quickly.

You will be making any drawing hand pay badly if they call preflop. This could have been a blind attack.

Very tight players will quite merrily put down QQ preflop.

This hand needed to be won pre-flop and then at the flop. I'd stop betting at the turn if he got that far.
