Tens or Jacks are the only hands that i can think here, logically, giving Villian some ounce of credit. I don't think he's bullshitting in that he thinks he has a hand. Throw in that he could be "trapping" you with Queens or Kings and the ten on the board, 5-handed, lowers the chances of tens.

This is definitely a call.
