Christ, that call on the flop is hard to look at, but disregard that as much as possible. The turn is a good question. I think I know why she called the flop, though.

I'd say you have to check it here. Two people left to act behind you including the PF raiser.

Pre-flop - don't know how tricky the fish are at this level but a 2xbb pf raise looks awful weak >> suspicious! Maybe it's simply a fishy raise and/or reflective of weakness but anytime I see it, I tend to tread lightly - hence being only 3rd flush and a 3 gap connector would likley get folded.

Flop - RAISE or FOLD!! She has top pair but it's highly vunerable to overcards and unless it's another Q, she won't know where she is if a 9+ hits and the SB leads out again or either of the others get active! Right now the SB could just be making a c-bet and it is now that you want to put that bet to a challenge. Waiting to the turn is a whole bunch of bad news unless she's setting up a (semi)bluff steal (is this table aware enough to pull that off? Even if it were, going for a steal against 3 is not very promising). With 2 players behinb her, she's in a dangerous and vunerable position, go for the pot now or fold!

Turn - SB CHECKED!! No need to screw around, he's indicated weakness and the MPs just called along on 3rd street - she has to try to win the pot right away. Bet the pot or at least 2/3. Certainly MP1 or MP2 are on a draw probably club flush, overcards and/or pocket pair less than 8. If she gets raised, she's likely behind and should muck out and kick herself for calling in the first place. No way she wants this to go to the river.

Flop: Raise it $1 see if anyone else comes along for the ride...hopefully they don't. Problem is we don't know how much MP1 (the original raiser) likes his hand by just callling the flop bet. Raise or fold situation, we don't have a great hand but we need to know how good it is or isn't here.

From what we have so far though...

Turn: I'm probably betting the pot, or close to it, we have waaaay too many people in this pot right now, and either want all of them out behind us or take the pot here.

Keep in mind I haven't played a NL ring game in 6 months so my advice might suck.

I hate hands like this, but I think you should raise it, with the intention of folding if anyone comes after you.

You could kick it up to 50c on the flop, and hopefully get it heads-up with the EP better who is likely making some kind of donkey blocking bet. Now, betting 50c will give your EP better odds to call, but it makes his blocking bet a -ev move for him. If you get it heads-up with him you can then put the hammer down on the turn if he check to you.

I think raising the flop may save you money on the turn.

Given that you just called that flop, I would kick out 80c now, but now it is costing you a buck to find out what you could have found out for 50-60c on the flop.

i think the best play here would be to raise the flop like beavis had said..
raise flop to 50-60c, and see what the people left to act behind you do.

the turn - im checking.. probably check-call

Fold? I dunno, I'd be more willing to call with no one else behind me to reraise.

Probably got some crap like 3-4 or something like that.
