I'm new to no-limit. I'm a 10 day newborn. How much should I bet on this turn? I was getting a little gutsy on the button tonight. I was using GameTime and the BB had only played 16% of the hands after over an hour. Alex said to bet and we argued about how much and then it started beeping and the beeping scared me. Should I bet here at all?

Bet .50-.60 on the flop and there prolly isnt a turn.
If you bet the turn make it a probe bet - like .40 mabye. More often than not if you get called your behind, but you have position so you may get a free showdown.BB is t100
Preflop: Hero is UTG with :3d :5d,
Hero raises to t500

At these limits I think I would almost always make a flop continuation bet if it were headsup.
The other players aren't observant enough to make it not profitable to do so.

bet 70% of the pot on flop.
if you chek it, and he cheks turn, bet about 80% of pot on turn. you should continuation bet this hand in HU situations, especially when your in position.I get more ass than a toilet seat. All shapes/colors/sizes.

i bet about 45c on the flop.
turn - yes u should bet at it. chances are he just has 2 over cards and u can take this one away from him easily. Bet about 1/2ps. 45c is good.

If your gonna do a continuation bet I would definitely do it after flop. I was just talking to a friend about this. I play 10NL and maybe as much as 75% my continuation bet wins the pot against one opponent.
Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R
KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

Well...
I was going to bet $1, but Alex said to bet $0.50. I bet $0.50 and everyone folded. I agree that I should've bet the turn.
Thanks for the input.
