Default This is what NL Hold Em' Tournaments are all about...

PRESSURE!!! Could you make the call?

Live, NL MTT $20 buy-in (2000 chips), $20 re-buy (first hour), $10 add-on. 26 players start, down to 15. All chip counts are tournament chips.

Rebuy period has been over for about an hour and the blinds are 400/800.

UTG - Hero (15,200)
UTG+1 (7,700)
MP1 (29,300)
MP2 (10,600)
CO (27,300) - Tight/aggresive, solid player
Button (14,300)
SB (3,500)
BB (3,700)

Pre-flop: Hero is UTG with
Hero calls, 3 folds, CO raises 1,600, 3 folds, Hero calls

Flop: (6,000) (2 players)
Hero bets 1,200, CO raises 1,200, Hero calls

Turn: (10,800) (2 players)
Hero checks, CO raises 22,500 all-in

What do you do?

Results later today...

Edit:
Please read all of my posts to understand my position on this hand before asking further questions. You will have to wade through the cess pool that is the first 4 pages but keep the faith.

I think it is pretty obvious.

you are getting 3:2 odds, I dont think you win this anywhere close to 40% of the time.

and the results don't matter.

Default ...

I usally fold low PP UTG ...

...but since you didnt... Id call his raise but the folp is not really good for you, 2 overs and a draw to a small flush.

Im gonna check-fold the flop, if Im really balsy and think a check-raise bluff might work against this opponent.... I may try it depending on the situation.

... since you have pretty much been a calling station pre-flop and flop... he probaly thinks your gonna call his all-in...which means he wants you too... which means your beat and should fold.

Obviously you called and won.

Just as obviously you should have folded.

uh, there's 4,800 in the pot when it comes to you pre-flop. 1,600 to call makes that 3:1.

Your going to win with this hand in this situation about 16% of the time. I think in a tournament, in this situation (your chip stack, time left, number of players, M shrinking) you can easily justify a call pre-flop.

So, pretty obvious? I don't think so.

I'm just discussing the pre-flop action here (in this post)
