With no reads, I don't mind the call on the turn. With diamonds on board, anything that beat you would've raised the flop with that many people, but I'm ASSuming they're not morons. What's bad about the call is that if the SB has a flush, you're sandwiched.

Good point it just opens up the doors to loose more money when I'm beat.

I am confused here. On the flop we are last to act with three in the pot. One of these guys has a queen, another may be drawing to flush. We are not getting anyone to fold with a raise. All we are doing is sweetening a pot where we are probably drawing. I think the decision here is call/fold (play it like a weak draw) unless we are trying to represent AQ since we did raise PF. When the Ace falls on turn villain still gives us no credit and bets into us. I think we got lucky here to have hit 2 pair and find it actually held up.
Raising on the river is also bad IMO.
Sorry to be such a critic but I don't like this play. What am I missing here?

On the flop there was a bet, 2 calls -DRAW ALERT-, you raised, and they all called. I like the raise because you can see a cheap showdown (and possibly improve to the best hand) but 3 calls tells me at least 1 of them has top pair and the other(s) are drawing. Not too many good cards left in the deck.
The turn is a raise for me, both as a semi-bluff and to eliminate opponents. If SB has a pair of queens lets get him out of this hand, along with UTG, while at the same time representing the nut flush. If we improve on the river we bet, if we don't we check behind. by calling you are making it cost you as much as if you raise, since he will bet again on the river. lets keep control here and get the dead money in the pot which vastly improves our chances of winning.
You have position, use it. If you get 3 bet you still have 7-9 outs to win depending on if he made a flush or straight. But, the important thing is: get rid of hands that are currently better than you.
My guess is he has QdX type hand, and now feels comfortable betting his Queens with a flush draw. If he really nailed a big hand wouldn't he try to check-raise after all your pre-flop and flop aggression? Make him think he is smooshed, it will give you the free showdown costing you 2BB on the turn but none on the river, and hopefully he'll improve to his flush
.
My read on him is QdX so we have 13 outs to get him, which is more than enough to attempt the semi-bluff/free showdown play. raise the others out in case he's betting something like KdJx or KdTx which are likely hands for a UTG+1 limper and check behind on the river if you don't improve. But, get the SB and his Q4 or whatever out of the handRead my musings on poker and life at Online Poker Examiner, Poker Examiner, PokerNewsBoy.com, and My Poker Blog

I'll disagree with Alex here, these players are by default not decent
, rather I would default them as fighting fish.
The raise PF is good, but I hope you realize why you are doing it here. With all these donkeys in already you are raising because you have an okay hand (may or may not be best at the moment) but more importantly to try and buy the button which you accomplished good work.
Again the flop raise is also good, but again for reason of getting a cheaper showdown. No-one is gonna fold here.
Turn, the call is good. You don't have the best hand now but have outs and the pot is big, a straight pot odds call here.
River, just call here there are alot of hands here that beat yours. There may be some value in raising hands like QT, Q8 or T8 will call you but I think you are probably wasting bets the times you are against a str8 or a flush. Maybe I am just a little too conservative on rivers like this.

I really think you have to raise with thie action on the turn. If it were check, bet, call, I would simply call. With check, check, bet I would raise. for my above reasons
