Villian is very rock-ish. 17% VPIP in 6max games, 8% PFR, 64%W$SD in 2k+ hands.
What do you think? Check-raise, pump it, or play it close to the vest. I fucked this whole hand up, honestly. Why I didn't cap the flop, I have NO clue.

He's got AQs. Pump it.
Yes, reapeat after me..... HE DOESN'T HAVE A 2, WE NEED TO CAP THE FLOP.
Of course, since you Fubar'd the flop, you might as well CR now....Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.

no way he has a 2, and anything else that canbeat you would have capped pre-flop.
I am getting into a raising war here.

I'm not a limit player, and will make no statements that I see limit as anything other than a bunch of hieroglyphics (is that how you spell that?).
But this reminds me of a WSOP hand Hellmuth had. Same type of flop, A44 . . . . opponent had AA and hit the boat.
Anyway, that's my 1.5 cents.Jason75: Ok, you check and the button bets 400. Now what?
Beavis68: You play poker.
Jason75: Darn, I was really hoping for canasta. Maybe Gin.

He doesn't have aces - he didn't cap the preflop! I'm onside with Marm - AQ

I can just agree with what all the others said. A rock do not have a two there obviously. I guess he could have AA but that's pretty darn unlikely, more likely hands are AQ or even AK.

He doesn't have AA, he didn't 4 bet the flop.
Same reason he probably doesnt have AK, but this is a possibility.
AQs or AQ is the most likely choice, becuase JJ-KK (which would bet/call PF), doesn't raise the flop.
Note, while he is a rock for 6 max, he's playing near textbook full ring, so we need to consider AJ too. BUT, that has little to no bearing on the actual outcome of this hand.
You are so far ahead, or at least chopping, that you need to get as much out of this guy as you can.
I think CR'ing the turn would bo so cool just because it would confuse the hell out of him.Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.
