Yesterday I got beaten 5 times in the same kind of circumstances, I can only remember a couple of them so I'll put them down in a second. I suppose what I want to know is if I was just unlucky everytime or if the odds aren't as good as I thought they were (I cannot work out the odds at all)
ok, lets assume that I am in a tournement fairly late on and I have around a mid to short stack.
1st time.
4 players left, I'm UTG and I raise 2xBB with ATs, nutter in the BB pushes all in and he's been doing it a lot so I call. He has KTo and of course hits his K, What are the odds of this?
2nd time.
5 players left in a MTT I have around 5BBs and I have KQo in the BB, action is folded round to SB who completes, flop is Q,4,9 rainbow and I push. SB calls with Q7 and the river is a 7.![]()
3rd time.
I raise with AK of Diamonds and get 1 caller, flop comes A,diamond, diamond and I push all in, caller has AQ of spades. You guessed it there's the Q on the river. This one really pissed me off as he only had 2 cards due to the Q of diamonds making my flush.![]()
This happend another 2 times in my play yesterday. I couldn't believe it each time! I would guess that I am something like 70 or 80 percent on each hand but would like to know the real figures rather than my guesses.
Luckily I went on to win the next multi table I played and made a small profit for the daybut I hope I don't have a day like this again any time soon.

You would be well advised to download Pokerstove @ www.pokerstove.com - it's free and will calculate a large range and number of hands.
