Why I dont think he has AQ: He didnt raise PF. LAP's are usually one of my favoroite players to play against. They usually telegraph their actions quite well. This guys a littel tricky post-flop. His agression factor is not exactly passive (If there were enough slots, I would have added a middle slot for post flop aggression into my rules, 0-1, 1-2, and 2+. I had to settle for 0-1.5, 1.5+. Always look at the numbers, not the autorating), and he's not exactly aggressiv either. With his cap on the flop, I'm getting worried. And then he bets into the second Queen, meaning it didnt scare him. He woulda raised TT PF, but 66 fits this bill nicely. BUt with his check on the river, youhave ot bet his, he could be playing a smaller Q.
To answer your question, you have to 3 bet this. I'm not sure if I would cap because it does nothing more than build the pot, but three betting and giving him the option of raising or calling will give you information too. I think you must three bet just to see what his CR really means. But his reluctance to 3 bet the turn is confusing.Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.

I'm going to guess he had OESD or a flush draw and was just being extra aggressive on the flop to semi-bluff a win right there.

LAP's usually dont play like that. I'm just not feeling a draw here. draws, even crazy players, dont cap without J9s or JKs. I'm sticking to 66.

I don't see anything wrong with how you played it. Definitely not too aggressive on the flop. These are the hands where you should cap the rounds as much as you can. There aren't really any draws out there, so hit it hard if you think you're ahead (as you obviously did).

I am thinking AQ is a possibility here. He is out of position pre-flop on a raised board. I doubt I am re-raising here because I am not folding anyone and am just building a pot where I will be out of position. Because of this I dont think you can eliminate Ace Queen. Of course thats me, and I am def not a LAP.
I think I probably slow down after the flop action and try to get to showdown cheaply.
If he has AQ I am very confused by him slowing down on turn and river. He could just be a bad player who is afraid of his own shadow post flop.
With his call on the turn and a check on river I am definitely betting the river.

Are we forgetting the 2 clubs that hit on flop? Theres a flush and strt draw out there.....of course once river has fallen they have missed (if thats what you mean)

Of course not. If the third club hits, we'd slow down. I was probably a bit hasty in writing that down.
