Anyone else seen players do this? Deliberately sit out before the hand they are going to be big blind until the button goes around, and then come back in? They have to pay the BB for the first hand they come back, but it saves them the $$ and the horrible position of being in the small blind. Sort of a shady trick, but probably saves money, right?

I've never played at any site where if you do this you don't have to also pay a dead SB.
