hmmm.. maybe you could have just called the flop, assuming UTG comes along for the ride as well? actually, yeah, thats probably the better play.
when you 3 bet, at that point on the flop, there are 7 bets. your bet, UTG call, mp3 raise, you 3 bet, mp3 calls.
however, if you just call (and assuming utg calls for one more bet) there are7 bets as well. only this time, its a freeroll for you if UTG decides to put any more money in. however in the heat of battle in limit, usually i cant click the raise button fast enough. lol.
hopefully that made some ammount of sense... please, more experienced limit players feel FREE to correct me.

I dont understand. Are people flat calling with higher trips on turn? Have to belive you are ahead.
Or do you mean you scared people by 3 betting flop so didnt collect more bets at higher rate?

My .02
I would probably play it the same way, In case there's a spade draw or OESD, make it expensive for them to chase. I put MP3 on either a spade draw or KT.
I would think if he were holding AK we'd see more action from him on the turn, at least a raise. Being first to act here with no kind of reads I'm not giving the chance for any free cards.
If anything I think the A on the turn hurt us by putting too many possibilites out there of hands someone might 3 bet with. If you attempt a check raise he may just check behind you.

Bottom set on a two flush, three card gapped connected board? And you are out of position the entire hand? You CAN'T be two aggressive on the flop here.
Pound, pound, pound and don't give up until you are three bet on the turn, then call down. You would be nuts to even think of slowing down before that.
Well played.
