Situation - 45mins into 10+1 MTT we are chip leader by about 3000 chips
BB was a solid player, more so than I gave him credit for in this hand.
After I played this hand I realized that getting into a big hand was silly at this point as I really had time to pick my spots. I'm thinkin fold the turn.

I'd probably do the same although I don't see the need for his huge raise unless he's really scared of a hand and just wants the dead money. Could have KT and saw this time as best to chase it and hoping no one wakes up with a flush...I don't know though, you had the chips to call and ended with TPTK, interested to see what went down.

Very hard to lay down, but his reraise all in screams a better hand than top pair. Trouble is you have draws.
It's a great laydown if you can make it and totally understandable if you call.
On a good day I might be able to let this go later in an MTT but in the first hour I don't overthink things in order to get a nice big stack so I'd probably call.

. . . . .
When you get called by a player out of position on a board like this . . . look out!!!
I'd probably check the turn, even though it gives us top pair. I'm likely checking this hand down the rest of the way unless I see a diamond on the river.
No reason to get into a big pissing match with another big stack over a marginal hand like this when you've got an M of 150 or so.Jason75: Ok, you check and the button bets 400. Now what?
