Default Stars 180 men SnG Final Table Hand

I just finished 2nd on $4+.40 180 men SnG tourney. I hope it was $20 one
Anyways, I do not have tons of final table experience and just wanted to see if I made a correct call here.

Looking back, I think a case could be made here for folding after third guy re-raising all in after I just called first guy's all in.
Did I make a right move here?

I would have 65,000ish chips if I fold..
I would have 10,000ish chips if I call.

3 handed with someone pushing over half my stack i fold, i dont want to get involved in a coin flip, you dont know what hes gonna do.....after he raises you have to say he has a better hand. Only because he's willing to risk those chips. If the small stack has a better hand then you , and sets it , you go home in 3rd place wondering what if.

If big slick didnt hit for him and the small stack wins, so what you live to see another hand

I would rather go short stackd against the chip leader for 1st and 2nd only because im half way decent at HU then bust an all in with 3 ppl left

ummmm.... tough call or fold... both 1st and 2nd one!

Button can push almost anything from PP to any A. But you still have a plyer behind and after all, you have a medium streght hand.

Then you almost cant lay down due to pot odds, but by calling you may fall way behind BB!

What about rerasing all in... probably the same result here, but your odds to get a rid of over cards and maybe 99...

just my 2 cents!

That said, I would have call due to pot odds! + You only have to beat one of them to take 2nd place!

I'm happy with 2nd finish because I was in the middle of the pack on the Final Table.. however, you always get greedy

I think I got carried away when I called his re-raise all in.. maybe I could've won this tourney if I folded and waited for a better spot.

Still looking for pure (no chop) first place in MTT.. but still :good:

I'm not sure I would have folded the 8's, but I think that's a push or fold situation. I'm either folding to avoid a coin flip or pushing to try and get heads up - you DON'T want to end up against 4 overcards here.

I'm definitely finding a way to get all my chips in with this hand...not only are you already had ahead with your PP on a normal day, but there's a good chance the hands you are up against will be interfering with each other (both likely share paint).

First couple reasons why I call here. Stu raised all-in PF. He would not have made that raise with any premium hands because he'd much rather like to get tripled up on the flop. He's rasiing all-in for half of your stacks and there's a good chance you guys would fold? So why do that with monsters like QQ+?? You wouldn't, you'd do it with a low PP or Ax and pray to just scoop the blinds.

Reason #1 you're ahead right there.

Second reason is because MIB re-raised all-in. He wouldn't do this with QQ+ either I don't think. He's trying to isolate the SS which screams Ax.

Reasnon #2 you're ahead and want to make the call here.

I'm getting all my money in, no doubt about it.

Preflop:

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 44.5706 % 44.47% 00.10% { 8d8s }
Hand 2: 37.0321 % 36.93% 00.10% { AcKs }
Hand 3: 18.3974 % 18.30% 00.10% { 4c4h }

Flop:

Board: Jh Qs 7h
Dead:

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 49.8339 % 49.83% 00.00% { 8d8s }
Hand 2: 37.4308 % 37.43% 00.00% { AcKs }
Hand 3: 12.7353 % 12.74% 00.00% { 4c4h }

Then on the turn you just got dealt a blow. But the situation was perfect, just got unlucky.
