I had no read on villian, except that I hadn't seen him do anything out of the ordinary. After my flop potsize bet was called, I put him on either a set, FD, or JJ, maybe A10s. What a shitty turn card.
Anyways, I figured that when he lead into me on the turn with such a small bet, he must have turned a full house or quads and was planning to value bet it the whole way. So I decided to call the turn and check river to see if he continues to fire into the pot - If he continues to bet river then ill figure he has the fullhouse/quads because JJ (which is pretty much the only hand I can beat at this point) most likely will take the freeshowdown on the river instead of betting.
Thoughts? Do u guys play this any differently?
i think the biggest mistake i made here, was not raising enough pf. Shoulda raised to $3.50 instead.

PF, you've been at the table, you should know what to raise. Hard to say if it should have been more.
Flop, you pretty much have to bet the pot to deny the flush odds. Likely to win the pot right here. He only calls with TT+, AT or 77 (if he would even play it pf), or chase the flush.
Now with the turn FD and AT have you beat and as you say, you only have JJ beat. You played it just right up to here, IMO.
Turn call was a crying call and you didn't even get to see his hand. You only have 4 outs to improve (2 Ts or 2 Qs). You get a B for discipline. Probably should have folded the turn, but at least you got away on the river."There is a good chance I gave you a very bad description of something that doesn't work."

Given those juicy odds, I think I may have called on the river, but that depends on how strong you think he was. Run it through this Hand Evaluator...., and then see if you had enough equity to call that river.
Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.
