Default Embarrasing attempt to defend from blind

Tis guy was super agressive and had raised the last 3 times it was folded to him in the CO or button. I knew he was stealing and decided to fight back with the smallest of pocket pairs..........

What follows is not for the faint of heart. Needless to say my great run came to a crashing halt. I am still up big at new level, so I am just going to laugh this one off.............

Can anyone say "taking agression too far"?

this is where (if you are playing live of course) on the river you get on top of your chair, throw your hat, and just be like "NO! NO! I WANT TO GO ALL IN. NO MORE 3 BET, DAMNIT IM ALL IN. DEALER, CALL THE FLOOR, IM ALL IN FOR CHRIST SAKE!!!!"

some guy did this before, one of my first times playing limit at the casino. i was like what, the, fuck.

I call PF and Check raise the flop. 22 Is great hand to do this, as long as the flop comes sickly like this, or paired, (and this is a great flop), then CR the flop is a good idea. I think your hand was best throughout until the river. And that was an ugly river. Went from a probable favorite to only 0.35% equity in the hand. The Only hand you chop with is the case 22.
Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.

Marm, reread the hand. I don't think you realized that he is in the SB. If you were in the BB I think this is a good strategy, but I don't mind how you played it. Crappy river.

For others (as I don't think Marm read the hand right as I am sure he knows this): Flatcalling the raise preflop is awful as it give the BB 5:1 odds to play whatever crap he has. You rate to have the best hand based on read so it imperitive to get this headsup with the stealer preflop. NEVER flatcall a stealraise from the SB unless you have a very specific (and very rare) purpose to do so. Flatcalling a steal raise from the SB with a pair of twos is one of the most godawful preflop plays I can even think of from a "technical" standpoint. Raise or fold every time.
And Marm, if you did mean to flatcall in the SB - repent your sins (and read Weighing the Odds in Hold'em by King Yao).

Took me a minute to realize you had the "nut low". But you actually chop vs. 32 as well (not that he would have capped pf with 32). With .35% equity, I guess you aren't getting the 570:1 odds to call the river. Good fold.
