Default 71% seeing the flop - 9 seated

Now, I know this is a high percentage to be seeing the flop, but how can I take advantage of this? The stakes are .10/.25 NL, and does that affect anything? (stakes being lower, will people be a little more careless?)

I see this a lot at Paradise and sometimes at Stars. I don't play Party much, but I think I have heard they have some tables with high flop %, as well.

it is still staying aggressive (i am playing at it right now) and it looks like these guys are not afraid of losing it all (have been sitting for 20 minutes, seen 7 all-ins already). the all-ins for the most part go uncalled, so obviously, i am sitting here waiting for a monster and hoping someone pushes.

this is different, however, than some other tables i've been at with high flop %'s. on them i noticed that it gets fairly tight post flop, a lot of checking and such, do you think the pushing strategy could be beneficial at tables like that, or would it be too risky?
