not sure I would play playing AJo from UTG+1, but aside from that, pretty standard.

I am mixed on this. I keep getting mixed info on wether to play this from this spot. I have to check SSH and see where AJO falls in the starting requirements section.

Ant, that is why I said I am not sure too. It is a cutoff hand, I am definitely not playing ATo and I am definitely playing AQo.

villian had a low ace i presume?
10 handed i dont think i raise this in EP, however, nice aside from that.

Depending on the table I'll occasionally raise AJo from here (if it's a tight table and I think weaker hands will fold), more often than not I'll limp with it and raise if it's soooted
. I'll only fold it against a raise before me. With no reads on the villian I probably play the same way. Reason being is if he has an A he's probably going to bet if you check so I'd rather lead out and continue showing strength.
Without any kind of read, and against someone who plays that many hands I probably play it the same way as he could have anything. The problem is really fishy players sometimes won't be overly aggressive on the turn when you've 3 bet him on the flop and will slow down to aggression on the turn.
He may have you outkicked but fears you have AT but with the range of hands he plays he could be sitting on anything so I keep betting and get concerned if he raised me on 4th street. Although I'm far from an expert that's my thoughts.Last edited by Pok 7's; 05-01-2006 at 11:39 AM.

For those that want an answer now I will post in white:
Villain turned over AK. My initial reaction was WTF? I guess my 3bet on the flop slowed him down, he did raise the flop, but you would think he would have raised PF....whatever

remember, I a lot of nemos see AK as a drawing hand, and want to see a flop first, then the get action are afraid of sets or two pair.
