Ok, I received an email from a poker site. Apparently when I way back when I was creating accounts to get the free money they offered. I left like $4 in my account when I started playing on Stars and I had forgotten about it. I've decided to try my hand at NL ring games with this. The lowest limit they have is .05/.10.
Since I have no intention of reloading with this site anytime in the near future and I can't withdraw it until a deposit has been made (If I read the terms right), I'm wondering if I should be a little "looser" with this money then I normally would.
I think one of the big problems in my NL cash game (the few times I've tried it) is that I tend to fold to large bets if I'm not holding the nuts (or close to it). I am (in my own mind) way to weak/tight at NL. I'm thinking that this might be a decent oppertunity for me to loosen up and see if I can play a decent game. Since the money isn't technically mine yet, I have no fear of loseing it...Any suggestions?
PS: I played a little while this morning (normal weak tight/Aggressive) and it's up to $5.61 as if that matters![]()

if you want to turn up the agression, do it while you are in position. big pots out of position suck.

Same thing happened to me this week. I had an email from Crazy Poker telling me I had rakeback of $2.11 sitting untouched in my account. Id forgotten all about it as Id cashed out of that site about 6 weeks ago. So last night I played around with it for a while and turned it into $10.56 in just under an hour. :good:

Just a thought Trons, but might be a good opportunity to try using the short stack method.
