$33 MTT first hand after the first break average stack c.6000.
QueenFancie I have 90 hands on at 20% VPIP and PFR 8% and I've not seen anything from her other than solid play.
I'm sure some will say my initial raise could be bigger (and sometimes it would be) but I'm happy with that here.
My question is, given that it would be 800 for me to call what's the view of my fold?

TT faced with a reraise - MTT

Since I'm getting 3 to 1 on my money, I would have made the call.
If the flop came with cards all lower than my 10s, I lead out with a big bet and hope to take the pot down.
BTW...what was your image at the table?

I'd only shown decent hands AK, QQ etc and had taken down a few pots preflop or on the flop with smallish bets. I'd probably been playing about one hand in ten when not in the blinds.

Any idea what a min re-raise by the villain means? Had you seen him make the same move before? Was it his standard raise or did it seem a little small compared to what you had seen him doing in the past?

No reraises that I recall and quite passive post flop with big hands that missed, ie. AK was checked down to the river when it missed the flop.

Ya...I would probably make the call.
The flop is where it's going to get tough. If the flop comes all rags and your opponent has a big pair, you're probably going to lose some more chips before you figure it out. If the flop comes with a couple of scary cards (AKx) its going to be pretty easy to get away from but also pretty easy for your opponent to bluff (although, what could he have raised with PF that wouldn't connect with that flop?)
Now, it the flop comes A10x and your opponent has AK, you're set! (Pardon the pun.)

take the flop and hope to get lucky, if your not lucky go with your initial read of an over pair and fold, but folding pf in this situation isn't that bad of a play eather because your outta position

If that's the case, you're still getting the right odds to call.
